THE best thing about this CL is location location location but other things are good too. We arrived on Late May Bank holiday Monday mid afternoon. Access is along Green Lane which was busy with parked cars but not too difficult to travel. The boat club was very quiet and we chose one of the three riverside pitches that look straight over the river. Good information board and usual facilities were easily accessed, we booked in when the clubhouse bar opened later in the afternoon this gave us a fob to access the toilets and showers between 8am and 9 pm, they were clean and tidy being similar to a sports centre set up. Good WiFi also included in the price which was of good speed and stability. Fab dog walking and exercise opportunities from site and 15 easy walk to town centre, thoroughly recommend. Staff in the bar (which you can use) were very friendly and helpful.
