Just lovely

Stayed 7 nights mid June 2022 Don't be fooled by the entrance, it's "homely" but you will be rewarded with a cracking site, short grass, your own waste bin, recycling on site. Friendly owners Sarah & George. There is faint road noise but nothing to worry over, a closed van door and no noise at all, sit outside and you realy don't hear it either. The other report on this site is a huge exaggeration. It's cosy, loved it and only £15 a night.

Little Gem

If your looking for some where nice and quiet this is the place. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Very well maintained. Facilities are great and very well maintained. The grounds are lovely. Bins dotted around. Good recycling facility. Garden benches dotted around so you can sit and watch the world go around. We will definitely be returning to East farm.

Still just as good!

Have been going to this site as Man and Boy since the late 80’s! This site is a family favourite so much so we have booked for next year! Just come back from a 2 week stay and enjoyed it immensely. Site is well kept and George is always about somewhere if needed. Grass is kept short and recycling on site is excellent! Ideal for Burnham on sea, Weston, Cheddar and Brean, Berrow. Please do remember this is a working farm, George and Sarah maybe busy else where but will make themselves known as soon as possible. Not many CL’s like this around. Feel must mention Brent House Farm just up the road with their milk machine and farm shop excellent value for money. Can’t wait till our next visit!

Beaut little CL with lovely people.

We have just spent 6 nights on this lovely little site, Sarah made herself known to us when we first arrived and George was always knocking about, it is a working farm and some dont realise this. We did intend spending 8 nights in total but the youngest of our Weimars has taken ill and we would rather have her back at home with our Vet if she got any worse, they are showdogs after all. The site is set back from any major rd although you can here some traffic if you try HARD.Its a beauty and we will be going back next yr if allowed, lol. The apples are beauties and even though theyre windfalls theyre better than any shop bought ones. The site is ideal for both Berrow and Breen beaches which allow dogs on and its only a fifteen minute run in the car down the winding lanes. Burnham is a lovely little town within easy reach as is Weston for any major shops you need. Our apologies to the other campers if the old one whinged a bit when in the pen, shes used to being inside at home thats all. Thanks so much Sarah for your understanding on us leaving and we will see you soon. Bryan, Ann, Mistie, Mollie and poorly pup Frankie,

Our Favourite Friendly Farm Site

In April this year we found East Farm CL by chance. Sarah and George made us feel so welcome that we returned for a 2nd stay in May and we have a 3rd stay already booked in June. The site which is set in an apple orchard in well cared for with excellent facilites and it even has a WC. The CL is in a lovely rural setting with the farm animals in adjacent fields. It was a lovely touch when Sarah 'introduced' us to the latest addition to the farm........a baby calf only 1 hour old!! The site is only a short walk to the excellent bus routes serving Weston Super Mare and Brean and Burnham on Sea. We are now looking forward to our next visit.

East farm

We have just returned from a 2 week break on East farm. A gem of a C.L. A lovely big field, lots of space around each pitch. The old apple trees on the field are lovely and were just coming into blossom as we were leaving.Trees and bushes around the perimeter. There is a toilet if you prefer to use other than your caravan toilet behind the farmhouse. There is slight noise from the A370 at rush hour but it is drowned out by the sound of the lovely birds. A 10 minute drive to Western super mare, 5 minute drive to the beach at Brean where you can drive on the beach for a small charge or park in the National Trust carpark for free if a member, doggy friendly beach all year round. 10 minutes drive to Burnham on sea with a lovely cafe on the front and fantastic fish and chips just 2 mins walk up the sea front. Cheddar and Bath easily accessible. After a busy day out the C.L. is a Haven to get back to and relax. The only reason I think I haven't seen more reviews is I think people might want to keep it a secret for themselves. Sarah is a lovely friendly host. Keep up the good work.

Lovely site set in small orchard.

I have spent my first visit on a CL site, and very good it was too. Lovely flat site with toilet and chemical waste. Dog friendly, and ease of booking in. As mentioned there is some road noise, but not enough to spoil my stay. Have stayed on larger sites with a lot of 'human' noise. Only 5 miles to coast, or a ride out to lovely countryside. I would recommend East Farm.

A Little Gem

We have had 3 x 5 night stays here during 2019. Its a delightful little site in what looks like an old orchard. It has good grass pitches with plenty of space surrounded by trees. The facilities are what you would expect from a C/L, adequate and acceptable. The noise level from the nearby main road isn't too bad, mainly during rush hours. The site is easy to find and not too far from the motorway if its a stopover you require. Ill definitely be visiting again. The farm owners , Sarah, George and their son Hayden , are very friendly helpful and accommodating.
