This site is beautiful, well kept, quiet, secluded, away from road noise and should be a pleasure to stay at. The shower/ toilet facilities were open, basic but clean, there was a lack of cleaning materials re Covid. We personally found the site not very welcoming. We didn’t get a warm welcome from the host and felt unwelcome throughout our stay. Efforts were made by us to speak to the hosts but it wasn’t reciprocated. The dog walk needs a little attention, this was essentially a walk around the edges of a crop field/ woods which meant very wet feet/ legs, lots of flies and no poo bins. I would say this site accepts dogs but isnt “dog friendly.” Overall a lovely site if you want a total switch off and good value for money.
