Dave & Louise were wonderful hosts, and couldnt do enough for us, even a wash load on one of the few sunny days we had on our Welsh touring holiday. The jam scones and cream upon arrival were a delightful touch. The green site was immaculately kept, with views over the Mersey. There was talk of installing further electric hook-up sites around the CL which would allow alternative caravan pitches.Their garden was an arborical dream and the birds were plentiful. Dave's suggestion of the short train ride to Chester was better than the Park & Ride.For us a definite return is on the cards when getting together with family in the area.
