Another Good Site

My wife and I have been coming to Eastfield Farm since the early noughties, we originally chose it because it had electric points and we could drive on motorway roads all the way from Gloucestershire right up to the Kincardine Bridge (now we use the nearer Clackmannanshire Bridge). We use the farm as a base to visit our Scottish relatives and on 'days off' to explore this part of Scotland. It is a large site and the Caravans can park anywhere on the ridge and furrow field and, like the majority of grass pitches, if you get constant torrential rain you can get puddles forming - but I have to say that I've never had trouble getting off the field and we've been every month from May to October over the years. In fact I'm writing the draft of this review mid-May while sitting outside my Caravan with a cold can of Diet Coke, occasionally glancing up to take in the blossom in the trees and past the wood of mixed trees right up to the line of spruces and cedars in the near distance. The house martins have arrived and are darting about, the daffodils are still bright and perky and there's bird song all around. Mike and Sheila have put in a nice walk around the farm and also a couple of hard standing areas for motorhomes and they have always made us feel very welcome!
