The site is in a paddock adjacent to the house, with a wide entrance and 6 pitches, 2 of with have hard standing runs. There are extensive views over to Witton Fell above Middleham. The site is easily access off the Leyburn to Richmond road about a mile down a quiet lane. There area couple of footpaths close by leading to Leyburn and Bellerby, where there is a pub that does evening meals. The lanes in the area are popular with cyclists and anyone wishing to ride off road there are a few bridalways and tracks on Redmire Moor. There is a Aldi and a Tesco at Catterick Garrison about 6 mls away. There are many places of interest nearby, including Castle Bolton,  Middleham Castle, Jervaulx Abbey and Kiplin Hall near Catterick is a must. The "But" is that when we were stayed there were 6 vans on site for most of the week. Please don't spoil the site by ignoring the rules, please.
