We stayed 4 nights over the May Bank Holiday and really enjoyed our stay. On arrival, Ann presented us with some delicious home-made buns and a welcome pack which included places of interest and local restaurants/pubs etc. Dave was extremely helpful by providing us with a copy of the local ordanance survey map when he discovered our interest in cycling. The weather was mixed, but Dave had created part hard-standing on some of the pitches which drained well and coped with the heavy rain. He had also created a gravel road on the field which improved access. Our pitch was the lower lying one as mentioned in the previous review but it presented no problem in the bad weather. I would recommend this site to anyone and the owners really put themselves out to make our stay pleasurable. Hope to visit again soon.
