Having visited the site for the first time at the end of July, we have nothing but praise for this CL site. We were welcomed as a family with children and a dog, and were informed of everything locally that we required. Nothing was too much trouble, we felt welcome and were helped rather than greeted with a list of "rules and regulations". The site is brilliantly located to visit Alton Towers which we did, although the general countryside locally is beautiful with many lakes and historic places of interest also available. The Hard standing pitches and outstanding chemical toilet disposal facilities made this an easy and enjoyable place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and will visit again and would encourage other families to do so also.
