Just Wow!

Fabulous cl in the best tradition of the club. Sooo quiet and peaceful but close to all the best beaches and villages on the lovely Suffolk coast and inland. Pub with dining and large gardens 5 minutes walk. Supermarket etc 10 mins drive in Leiston (2hrs parking @ Co-op) Seahawks fish and chips v.good. Facilities lovely and clean with plenty of sanitizer and cleaning products in each well appointed wet room. Next door is fabulous community play park. Spacious pitches and sensible electrics. Can't fault the place, and good value for money. Can you tell we loved it?! Michelle Lancaster

Fishers Field - excellent site

Stayed here in July 2020 just after the Covid-19 restrictions were eased. This is probably the best CL site we've ever used. Small, yet at the same time spacious, it has excellent clean facilities. Extra precautions had been introduced and these worked well. Really good pub for food a few hundred yards away (The Lion) and the small town of Aldeburgh nearby is also well worth a visit.

Excellant Break

Finally got to this site ,after having to cancel a planned trip earlier in the year. Well worth the trip, very peaceful , shower block really good. Nice owners and you must try the honey!. Sizewell beach 5 mins in the car, dog friendly all year and well worth a visit. Don't forget the cafe there, really nice. The local alehouse house, is a 2 min walk(The Lion Inn) , freehouse , good choice of ales and food. Also very dog friendly. David and Linda

First class Fishers Field

Lovely site, very nice to be welcomed on arrival as it was our first visit, very good showers, such a bonus on a cl. Everything you can want from a cl.

Good location for RSPB Minsmere

Very spacious site, quiet and a short drive to RSPB Minsmere where there are also good cycle routes. Village pub is a short walk and worth a visit. Site seems to have had significant investment in recent years especially with respect to energy sustainability. There are modern and convenient toilet and shower facilities although with further development it would be good to see grey waste and water access made even better for motorhomes.

An excellent find

A lovely quiet CL. Lots of room, hard standings, good clean showers and toilets. Very handy for visiting Minsmere and other attractions. Good pub round the corner. Perfect.

Very relaxing weekend

Very easy to locate and excess site even with twin axle out fit. Good shower block clean ideal for families who prefer smaller sites. Very close to minsmere and the coast, will return next year.

Just spent 6 nights at this lovely site and enjoyed it very much, nice quiet spot in a super area with good facilities and spacious dog walking field, the site owners Neil & Geraldine are very helpful and we look forward to returning here again. Thank you, Ian & Christine

Another great stay

I think this is the fourth time I have stayed at Fishers Field and still thoroughly enjoy the experience. Site is neat and tidy and facilities are very good. 4G available so able to tether to my I-pad no problem. Had a wander to the Lion for a scoop or two and was made welcome by friendly locals

Extremely Peaceful

Stayed at this CL on our way home from Norfolk. It was very peaceful and quiet but there are some local pubs with good food and, in one case, brilliant music (on the right night). There are interesting places to visit around the site but if you want to just unwind, this could be the CL for you. The toilets and showers were wonderful and kept clean, there is a large field suitable for dog walking and rubbish is recycled.. The owners are friendly and laid back - they do not trouble you at all, but were always available for help if wanted. Talking of help, information about local attractions is available on site in a novel building, complete with a map of the surrounding area. All in all, a great CL and one I recommend.
