The only noise was from the birds singing
We booked this site for easy access to the Morgan Factory where we had a tour booked.
Roley met us as we arived and explained everything we needed to know. The site is, as someone else says, like a big garden. The previous comments about TV reception have been dealt with and the dog which barked seemed to have also got the message. Apparently he does sometimes bark but not at us!
The 2 pubs nearby are good. We liked the newly reopened Plume of Feathers. Simple menu but good value. The other pub is much busier so less peaceful but also good food.
We loved the area and will certainly go back.
Lots to see and do.
Bluebells on the Welsh side of the hills were spectacular.
