Spent four nights here at the start of a baking hot July and really enjoyed it. "Pitching" (pun-intended) on a golf course is an interesting feeling but the site was enjoyable and the ability to use the onsite cafe was a definite bonus. There was very little noise from the golfers and at night the site was silent. Toilets and showers are usually for the golfers and were almost hotel standard (though we only used them whilst visiting the cafe). If you are into golf then you can use the golf course and if, like us, you're not then the driving range is a fun and inexpensive way to spend an hour or so.
