Motorhomes given preference
Stayed 1 week from Easter Monday.Well kept site and potentially excellent, but there were practices that niggled use.
Grass is fairly soft and owner is over-precious about it. No groundsheets whatsoever are permitted. The owner puts caravans on grass when busy and retains hard standings for motorhomes. You are not given a choice.
Very expensive considering the restrictions.
We discovered that some people were paying £22 per night whilst we were paying £25 for the same nights and we had a 7 day booking whilst theirs was less.
On the Friday and Saturday nights there were 8 units on site, including 2 (connected) units on one pitch next to us.
Notwithstanding the above, we did not let this spoil a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful area.
