As other members have said this is a commercial site. C&MH club members are not separated from other visitors and at the weekend the site became noisy and busy with campers. Although the price was £14 at the time of booking we were charged £20 per night. We were told by the owner that we could use all the site facilities. We enjoyed our stay never the less. The site is within easy walking distance of Kinross town where there are lots of nice places to eat and a brewery that makes very good local beer. There is a superb 13 mile Heritage trail around the loch which we cycled. Stay here if you are not too bothered about having to share a busy site with non caravan club members. The pub needs to review the status of this site though.
