A good site

A short distance from the A1, the final approach road to the site is quite rough. This site is entirely on a slope and we had to pitch in the one at the bottom facing the bin area with no views. It was cramped and there was no room for an awning or sunshade. We parked the car in front of the pitch. We didn’t stay long so it didn’t matter too much. There are a couple of water taps available. The owners responded promptly to an issue and resolved it effectively. It’s about 20 minutes to St Abbs and about same to Eyemouth where there are some good restaurants and the sale of fresh fish on the harbour front, such as D.R. Collin Fish.
