We stayed here for 4 nights in June. The approach road/ farm track is very poor with large stones and ruts, which meant lurching from one to another. We were in pitch one at the top end of the site and in our opinion the best pitch. Whilst we were there five other caravans were pitched up with one being pitched on the grass area with a long cable running across the site. Pitch one had another cable running from the electric bollard, this went behind our caravan, over a fence and was connected to a camper van on land outside the site. 7 vans?? The chemical waste area was filthy, although there was a hose to rinse things down it had been left in the muck and no one seemed willing to get covered trying to use it. We didn’t see the owner at all and I understand that it is an unmanned site. Ok, but perhaps a check round and a clean up wouldn’t go amiss. We’re glad we weren’t pitched beside this area and felt sorry for the person who was. Good enough site but does need some looking at.
