I only wish I had taken the time to read previous reviews before visiting this site but I think I was too busy focussing on the pictures of the marina - but you cannot see the marina from the site. It is unwelcoming, looks like a car park and not worth £21 per night. When I booked it was advertised as fully serviced which it most definitely isn't. The toilets and showers are shared with the marina, so a bit of a walk and potentially busy (only 2 loos and 1 shower) but very good. It doesn't display the CAMC badge so it's easy to drive by, and if you don't have the gate code which we didn't then you have to go into the marina first. On a plus side, it is easy access to the canal path for cycling and walking
