We have just had two nights at this cl and were somewhat disappointed. The site is described as '1 acre available for caravans'. Unfortunately there were 10 vans stored on the site which took up a large part of the field. Combined with the sloping ground I doubt there would be room for five touring vans. The stored vans take up the upper part of the field and that is where the best views are. Locally there was slight traffic noise which posed no problem. The toilet emptying point was on the side of the farm driveway in full view of other houses. A heavy manhole cover has to be lifted with one hook so beware if you are not fully fit. The farm driveway is quite steep and has some overhanging branches, be careful about aerials ect on the roof of the van. Overall we thought the site was just ok but not one that we would return to.
