Just back from a lovely week away at this CL. The site was easily accessible with level & spacious hardstanding pitches with grass areas in between, looking out over a large lawned area and fields beyond. Friendly & welcoming owners, you leave your payment in the envelopes provided within the toilet/shower area. The toilets and showers were kept very clean even when it became muddy. The weather was glorious for the first half of our stay and we spent a few days basking in the sun on site, there was no evidence of the chicken farm an earlier review mentions. The owners have a dog who occasionally comes to see who is on site, she was very friendly and keen to play with our springer. We never saw The Plough, in Wall under Heywood open during our stay but would recommend a visit to the Royal Oak in Cardington, fantastic food. Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area, a drive up Long Mynd not for the faint hearted!! Church Stretton, 10 min drive away has shops, restaurants and pubs. Overall lovely CL in beautiful countryside.
