Great welcome from Michael and Julie.

Fabulous CL with an excellent dog walking field. Great welcome from Michael and Julie who supplied us with a wonderful folder which gave us all the information we needed about the local area. Really nice pitches separated by nicely planted garden areas. We will definitely be back when next we visit this beautiful area of Wales. Ron and Sally

Great site

Pretty site with lovely pitches in quiet area, but with easy access to coastal towns and villages. Michael and Julie give a wonderful welcome and are extremely helpful and full of suggestions as to where to go. If you plan on visiting this area, this is the site to choose.

Fantastic CL

Getting back into motor homing after a long lay-off, we decided on a CL as a refresher trip and chose Glanrhos Farm and it was brilliant. Mike and Jackie are the most gracious hosts and Jackie's directions were spot on making the trip from home very easy. On arrival Mike brought us some fresh farm eggs and asked if we'd like to have a drink with them later when we'd set up. There was also a very detailed site book which gave loads of information about the area and the wonderful array of the local Ceredigion beaches and how to get there. The site is well laid out and there are hidden surprises in the managed field next to the site that should be a brilliant excuse for anyone to wander through the wild flowers and, well, be surprised! Overall, we can say it was a pleasure to meet and chat with Mike and Jackie and we have their details logged into our bookmarks page as it's very likely we'll be returning. San and Dave July 2022.

Fantastic CL

We booked this CL at a last minute after collecting our new caravan. Jackie was extremely helpful, providing clear directions to the site before arriving. Access was really easy being close to the Synod Inn junction, with wide access and plenty of space to pull the outfit clear of the lane before opening the gate. The pitches were all gravel hardstanding and serviced with electric and water to each. All separated by beautiful planting. There were lovely countryside views with the sea visible in the distance. Beautifully maintained and a nicely mown dog walk area adjacent. Mike welcomed us to his CL and kindly asked if we required any assistance setting up. He provided lots of useful information about the local area and where to visit. This is one of the best CL sites we have ever visited with the most welcoming owners. We can't wait to visit again for longer.

Exceptional CL, great information provided, lovely coastal area

This is an excellent CL, with hardstanding serviced pitches and well organised facilities. Mike and Jackie were very welcoming, with a gift of free range eggs as well as a very full information folder to keep for the whole stay, which enabled us to discover this lovely area for the first time. New Quay itself is delightful (I had been planning to visit since reading an article in the club mag some time ago), and we also really enjoyed Aberaeron, Aberporth and the National Trust's Llanerchaeron, as well as coast path walks, including a sighting of some dolphins. The location is wonderful, with sea and countryside views but not too exposed. It is convenient, near the A487 and the road into New Quay, though the road next to the site was a little busy at times with tractors. Jackie explained this was heavier than usual due to road diversions.

5* CL and hospitality

We have just returned from a fabulous 9 night visit to Glanrhos, our first visit but definitely not our last. Each pitch has its own beautiful garden with mains water but the piece de resistance is the wonderful dog walk that is Mikes pride and joy, it’s a doggy maze where they are allowed off lead to explore (watch out for crocodiles!) Mike and Jackie’s hospitality is second to none from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. The information pack they have put together gives you details of the area and dog friendly beaches as well as supermarkets etc. There is so much to explore in the area, lovely quite beaches without the traffic queues. Can’t wait to revisit. Sully our golden lab is looking forward to it too

Fabulous site with huge Countryside vistas and great owners

Stopped last month for a couple of nights during a Tour up the Welsh coast and found the site wonderfully set out with all amenities you could wish for on any top rated CL. The experience was made truly special by Mike and Jackie the owners who were great fun, both entertaining and interesting, and quite apart from the lovely fresh eggs went above and beyond all expectations, Mike taking time out to assist us hugely when we had a problem with our outfit. We had a great time in their company as a result, I can do no more than recommend Glanrhos Farm unreservedly to anyone visiting Ceredigeon.

tranquil holiday

We have recently returned from a 12 night stay at Glanrhos Farm. It is the nicest site that we have ever stayed at. As soon as we drove through the gates the beauty of the surrounding countryside really hit us, it's just lovely. Mike and Jackie made us very welcome and they gave us a box of eggs from their chickens. The pitches are a really nice size and each one has EHU and their own water tap. The dog walk is huge and you are allowed to let your dog off the lead but they ask that around the caravans that you keep them on a lead especially as their chickens are often running loose. You can see down to the sea when the weather is good. There is a dog friendly pub just 2 miles down the road. The locals made us very welcome and they do nice food. New Quay is about a 10 minute drive and we have often seen dolphins swimming in the bay and on our last day the resident seal swam across!. We really didn't want to leave and we have already booked to return next year.

Here again!

First came here a few years ago and have visited two or three times since. Standards were impeccable back then - and they still are ! Thanks to Mike and Jackie for, once again, a lovely few days.

Peaceful stays?

A nice site in a beautiful area, large individual pitches with electric and water, fantastic dog walk, friendly and helpful owners, but, the site is on a busy road and traffic noise was quite a problem for us.
