Serene Escape
Context: we were seeking an unplanned overnight local stay away from hustle and bustle. Highlights: a warm welcome, serenity, inquisitive chickens, bouncy lambs, beautiful sunrise over local hills (Woodbury Common). Only minor issue is a little road noise which diminishes early evening to be replaced by sounds of wildlife, then peace. Delighted. Will certainly visit again for a serene escape.
