Perfect for North East Norfolk

How lucky are we as Club members, to have wonderful private sites for us to use, Grange Farm is brilliant, very well run and organised, Shon, our host, is spot on, thank you. The photos do not do this site justice, it is huge, with plenty of space for everyone around the whole field edge. The farm is a haven of wildlife, with the barn owl giving a regular flying display. This part of Norfolk is criss crossed with quiet lanes, so cycling is fabulous, you are within easy reach of both beaches and the broads, so loads of swimming too. There are paths galore and there is an easy path to the local pub from the site, so in summary, this is a definite returning one for us.

Lovely CL

Just stayed the one night but it was lovely, peaceful and scenic. Only noise was from the local wild life. Highly recommended

Peaceful CL

We loved it here. The CL is large with plenty of room and its very peaceful. The lanes around it are very quiet and virtually traffic free and its easy to bike miles which we did to Potter Heigham, Hickling Broad and along to Bacton on the Coast. The beaches are only a couple of miles away and Tescos at Stalham is a 5 minute drive. The local pub is an easy walk away and there is plenty of outdoor seating there and the pub grub was good. The site owner Shon is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and is always on hand to help or just have a chat. All in all a great holiday and welcoming stay.

Our happy place

We have returned to Church Farm many times now. Shon has always gone out of his way to make sure our stay is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for him. It is ideal for long weekends, just the two of us. We cycle around the lanes and to the coast, then back to the site for a relaxing evening by the bbq. It's equally ideal when the grandchildren join us for a weeks stay. They love the freedom the site offers them. A very safe environment for them to play. And, the beautiful beaches just a couple of miles down the road, they love staying here. All in all, a super site, good facilities and nice people.

Lovely CL

We stayed on this site just for one night as we were touring Norfolk, we were welcomed by the friendly owner, the site is large with plenty of room between units and our pitch bordered the barley fields which was really nice, this basic (no facilities) site has EHU, water, CDP and recycling/rubbish, there was good access to the tap to fill our campervan. One really nice touch was that the owners had made a fire pit area well away from pitches so those who enjoy a camp fire can use the sites facility, there was even supplies of wood provided, a great addition. overall a lovely stop over and would use again if in the area and would recommend

Peaceful well kept site

Just spent three nights at this CL and will certainly return. A flat, well kept grass field with bags of space, much appreciated having our two young grandchildren with us. Easy to find, following the simple instructions, from Stalham and easy access from the road. Sorry we missed the barn owl chicks but will come back earlier in the year for that next time. All water/disposal points easy and well positioned and the information room corn silo was useful and a great source of fascination for the children. The email prior to our visit from Shon was helpful and much appreciated. Top class CL.

Little Gem

Our family have been coming to Norfolk for many years, the last 20 or so with our touring caravans, we prefer the smaller CLs and have stayed on many around this part of the Broads. Our stay at Grange Farm was booked at quite short notice but the owner Shon was lovely, text my father-in-law wishing us a safe journey. the position of our pitches and location of information center in a corn silo ( unique quirky use of silo, loved it !) The site was well sign posted and access was excellent from the road, short drive way and turn onto a flat field, our plots were on the far side, lots of room and lovely views, the waste facilities, elsan etc were all well placed and well thought out . This is a really lovely site, one of the nicest we have stayed on , not far from Stalham , very central - Shon the owner was very nice and very helpful, he mentioned his plans for the site and we are looking forward to seeing it evolve into something rather special ..... we will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to fellow caravanners

EXCELLENT Campsite in a great location!!

Loved this campsite from start to finish. The owner gives really helpful directions, and sends you a texted message on the day, which is also helpful. Loved the nature of the campsite including the cameras set up in the barns so you can view the owls and kestrel in their nests. Was great to watch them flying around in the evening too! This was certainly different from any other site we have stayed and the owner is wanting to make all nature lovers visit interesting. The site has lots of walks around it including short walks to a couple of local pubs and a walk to the beach, which is lovely and clean. The site is new and well maintained and it will be interesting to see how it develops in the comings years as I am sure it will just get better and better. It is quiet and relaxing their and it's dog friendly too. The owner goes out of his way to make you welcome and assist in anyway possible. This site is definitely worth a visit and we shall be returning as enjoyed it so much.
