We've just returned from a pleasant weekend at this CL, which we chose due to its proximity to Arley Hall where we had tickets for the Great British Food Festival. It's a typical working farm CL: basic but perfectly adequate. The pitches are nice and level and the field is well-sheltered by a high hedge behind. There's no loo but the water point is handily central to the pitches and the EHU points are fine. The Elsan point is a drain hole covered with a bin lid in the corner of the field - perfectly adequate for the job and was clean when we visited. There are some passing aircraft at times but it didn't bother us - it's quiet at night and we enjoyed using an app to see where the flights were going! We were greeted on arrival by a friendly black and white cat, followed by three chickens who wandered around every day - lovely! We didn't see the human owners but the notice board had clear information on how to pay so we had no need to trouble them otherwise. If we returned to the area in future we would stay again.
