Good site!

We only stayed one night but pitch was level and ehu and water available. The caravan club toilet and shower clean and tidy. Owners very helpful- emailed them a couple of questions and they replied immediately. Arrived in dark and found the old cl site no problem, David turned up next morning to collect payment and have a chat - very pleasant.

Winter stay

Stayed at this site as snow forecast. Really lovely site and would definitely stay again if in the area. The only negative was that the heating was not on in the toilet/showers.

A little gem

Please follow the site directions from the website, it just makes it easier than the alternative route!! Wow the pitches are huge and all on hardstanding, you effectively have a serviced pitch for a steal of a price. You even have your own toilet and shower facility. The site is so convenient for indulging in your "Royalty" fix, with Balmoral, Ballater and the Cairngorm National Park all within easy driving distance. The scenery around is stunning, with something for everyone. David is always on hand for a friendly chat and to give advice on the local area. One word of warning, the Fish & Chips from The Cowshed are absolutely fab and you may have to indulge more than the once!! LOL

Lovely site and tranquil setting

Found the site as it is easy to be seen from the main road, but after walking up to house found out we could choose our pitch and someone would be along later. Spent a lovely four nights on this site and David came to see us on our last night. The toilet, shower and site was very clean. Lovely walks around for dog walking or just an evening wander. Site was quiet even with the main road just a stones throw away! Close proximity to many attractions such as Crathes Castle which is NT was interesting with many small stores to pop in and see the art and crafts on sale, the Wood Turning one was partially interesting to us both! Keiths Tower which was a bit hard to find but eventually we parked beside the loch that had paddle borders on and we sat and enjoyed our picnic while watching them. We also found the Footbridge over River Feugh which had amazing scenic views and was within a few minutes drive from the site too! There are a few grocery stores very close to the site in Banchory Tesco, Morrissions and Co op which is in town centre along with many other shops and parking prices very reasonable. Overall we loved the site and found David very easy to chat to, only a couple of hours drive from us so we will defiantly be back!

Lovely peaceful location

A lovely place to stay, called last minute and place was full however we were informed if we wanted we could stay in the drive of one of the unoccupied lodges. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming. Lovely clean and tidy facilities. Peaceful site with a great outlook and well maintained. We definitely will be back.

Brilliant CL

A peaceful CL surrounded by lovely countryside walks just outside of Banchory. David the owner extremely friendly and helpful. A fully serviced large hardstanding pitch with exclusive use of toilet and shower. A dog walkers paradise. With easy access to places of interest. Various NT properties within easy reach. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great stopover

This is a great CL as part of a journey along the east coast. Easy to find and very relaxing. Owners friendly and easy going. Level hard standing serviced pitches.

Quiet site.

We stayed here early May '22. It wasn't clear which CL we needed to go to, old or new. We opted for the new which was quieter, well spaced out & easy to get to places.

Lovely once you find the site

This is a nice site, lovely to have water and water on each pitch. When we booked in Dec 21, we were told site was full but we could go on the new site. I made contact for directions on the day of arrival to be informed the road was closed and to turn at the lights and follow diversion signs, which we did until they ran out! Turned around and followed a sign for Glassan. Saw sign old CL drove to new CL to find it full! We then had to turn around, 2 caravans not easy, come out and go into the old CL. It is a shame I could not of been informed of this during our email and telephone contact on the day. Morale of the story check which site you are on . It was nice to have a service pitch. It would also be good if the website could be updated to reflect the up-to date fees, I understand the book can be out of date before it is printed buy why can’t the website be updated.

A little price of calm

We wanted to get away for a couple of nights but did not want to travel too far. We found Greenpark CL and booked 2 nights stay. The facilities are very good. Self contained heated toilet and shower cabin. The pitches are hard standing and fully serviced and large. There are plenty of walks near by. Very friendly owner. On our way home we were planning our next visit. I think it has become our number one place for a short break.
