Ease of arrival/welcome

Lovely sea views and location. Summer 2016.

Lovely panoramic views of the sea. Excellent location. Nice coastal walks from the site. Large gently sloping field surrounded by hedgerows. Grass regularly cut nice and short. Separate male and female toilet plus shower/wash room with sink and hot water - all housed in the same outbuilding. If you have a second electric hook up cable take it with you as it gives more scope as to where you can pitch your van in relation to others and to maximise the view. The only negative is the entrance gateway. It is very narrow in a narrow lane. Our caravan is a two berth but still found it tight. Better to approach from the opposite direction to that described in the handbook. The following is copied from a previous review by another member. The more practical route is to arrive at Gyfelan Bach from the northeast (via Llangwynnadl) and make a RIGHT turn into the narrow gate at a gentle angle… rather than arriving from the south (as per the book) and having to make a LEFT turn that describes an acute angle that feels like (but isn’t) a hairpin. The roads from the north also have more passing places.
