Took advantage of lovely autumn weather for 3 day trip. Site easy to find just off main road with easy access, made very welcome with all facilities pointed out. Had the site to ourselves, but ample space so wouldn't feel crowded if full. Fairly flat lawned area backed by willows overlooking working boatyard and moorings.  Clean toilets and easily accessible waste disposal point, bit of a walk across car park to water points by moorings. Dogs welcome and free wifi. 5 min walk to bridge with choice of direction for walking either towards Oulton Broad or as we did a lovely 8ml circular walk to Geldeston Lock. 10min walk into Beccles which is an attractive market town with good choice of pubs and restaurants. Fishing and boat hire on site. Great value, who could wish for more.
