A little gem in the heart of the countryside

This is our local CL and also our favourite site. The owners are fantastic & the views really do feed your soul. If I could give this site 10 for peace & tranquillity I would. There are amazing far-reaching views, plenty of walks from the site, good cycling. It’s easy to walk across the fields to the village of Napton with a fab local shop & 2 excellent pubs. 5 min drive or short cycle ride into Southam. The site is well looked after & the grass short, fabulous place. Very dog friendly and many dog walks, if you want peace & quiet away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life, this is for you, enjoy it.

A lovely weekend at Hall Barn Farm

Just spent a very enjoyable weekend at Hall Barn Farm. The site has great views and is kept very clean and tidy. We walked to Napton village shop which has small coffee shop attached to the main shop which is very well stocked. At £6 a night this site is great value.

Ideal CL

We arrived late but had a good welcome.  Well kept field with a lovely view.  bins and tap in the field - chemical waste over the road by the house. Very pleasant owners and £6 a night - fantastic!

Halls Barn Farm CL

If you want a lovely quiet site with views, walks, pubs nearby, that is easy to get to, on a basic non-hookup site, then this is for you. We live locally but often come at short notice & is one of our favourite sites. Mr Burgess is a nice friendly chap who leaves you to it once settled. We are often the only van there & always enjoy our stay. Why would you want to pay 4 times as much to look at another van opposite ?? Enjoy !!

A little gem!

This site should be treasured. Very few sites for traditional caravanners (12volt and gas) now exist, thanks to the modern day trend for bungalows on wheels. Quiet, easy access, well kept, lovely views, reasonably priced. Unobtrusive, friendly owners. Should be encouraged.

Great Break

We stayed august bank holiday weekend with parents. Only half hour or so from home but could be miles away. Great little hideaway with stunning views. Lovely walk through fields to Napton and along the canal to the Pub (which was excellent). Basic site but we did not need the frills. four adults, three Kids and the dog.   We will be back!
