After reading the previous comments we were really looking forward to this site however on our arrival the pitch available needed the grass cutting which never happened during our 12 night stay. We didn't see anyone until the day after we arrived when someone came to collect the pitch fees. We didn't have a problem with the actual access to the field however the roads leading up to it are very narrow in some places single track with passing places, certainly not for the faint hearted. There are some lovely walks in the area and some gorgeous beaches

I can only apologise, the grass is mown very regularly, as is confirmed in a previous review below. I can only think that it was at the time that the mower broke down and as the growth was not vigorous at that time in August, we waited till it was repaired. I can assure future visitors that the grass is very well maintained.
