On arrival, we were advised to walk around the pitch files which was a filed with a few electric hook ups. There had been some fairly heavy rain overnight and this combined with unmown tall grass on uneven ground contributed to my outfit becoming quickly bogged down so that I was unable to manoeuvre into position and had to ask the owner to rescue us with a tractor. Unless you are towing with a four wheel drive (preferably a Landrover) with town & country tyres, don't try to use this site. After struggling for half an hour to position our caravan and becoming very dirty with mud we gave up and left the site. We will not be using this site in future.
