We enjoyed a one night stop at this site. Myra was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived telling us which were the hardest grassed areas to park as it had been raining. She also provided us with walking instructions to the disused railway track. This was an easy flat walk into Ilminster avoiding the road. You can walk or cycle to Chard in the other direction. A very quiet site with free range chickens wandering around (FR eggs available to buy too). Lovely, tidy well kept grounds in an orchard setting. We will definitely return.
