Sam and Mark were very welcoming & friendly. This is a newly opened CL which is very well maintained. The grass was cut several times in our 2 week stay. The basic facilities are excellent & spotlessly clean. Access to the site is easy & security is first rate with a coded barrier for access and departure. The site is not visible from the road and offers terrific views across the Devon hills. There is a small amount of distant road noise at peak times but nothing obtrusive. It is an excellent base for touring North Devon. There are wonderful coastal path walks within a short drive & easy access to Coombe Martin, Lynton, Woolacombe, Barnstaple etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this CL
