We were really delighted with this CL and lucky with the weather in April 2013. Although the pitches have a certain level of slope we found one at the top of the site which suited my camper van perfectly without using blocks. Both the electric points and water taps are readily accessible and only a few steps to the extremely well appointed toilet facilites. I have to say that the 'wet room' shower with central heating has to be one of the best I have found anywhere. Mrs Odell made us very welcome and as the adjacent field was full of sheep and lambs we were well entertained too especially at feeding times! My reason for choosing this CL was the close proximity to the Thursford Collection which is a fabulous museum of fairground attractions of yesteryear including steam engines, carousel rides and many working mechanical organs - a real treat for all the family. I can certainly recommend a stay here - you will not be disappointed.
