We used this lovely site for an overnight stop off on our way up and north and it didn't disappoint. Our welcome was fantastic and both Ray and Edna were so helpful and easy to deal with. When our electrics didn't want to plug into the car on out departure Ray went above and beyond to help us out, even going into Lockerbie himself to fetch a friend to fix it. Luckily the plug eventually decided to talk to the car so it sorted itself out. Great dog walking from the site too and lovely to visit the Lockerbie memorial. We did miss the castle unfortunately due to a lack of time. Will definitely use as a stop off again when we go back up north.
