Disappointing

Very disappointed with site, it gives the indication that it overlooks the resovior which it does not. Also the lane is very busy and noisy not the peace and quiet we expected . The owner was indeed very friendly and welcoming and facilities were very good.

I have to disagree with this person.  The road is not busy at all.  Yes, you can hear the vehicles when they drive past as it's near the single track country road, but that's not very often in my experience. The road is not suitable for anything much larger than Motorhome. We pitch at the top of the slope which is even closer to the road as we like the view from here. You can hear the wild life on and around the lake which is about 100m away.
