The current owners have just taken over this CL and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. This is a lovely spot on the Angles Way between Beccles and Bungay and the cycle into the latter along Low Road is super. The Green Dragon is a draw if you like great beer but Bungay is a lovely town anyway. River walks in Beccles are well worth a look. 4G works well here and TV reception is good. Don't ring the landline but use the mobile number on the website to book. There are plans to move the water point and CDP to be a bit more accessible but it's perfectly adequate as it is now by the house. Jasmine and Peter are a lovely young couple and we wish them well.
