Excellent cl

Such a lovely cl, in a brilliant location. It is so peaceful here with hardly any road noise and there is a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and coastal path. Pitches are generous and well spaced, grass kept nice and short, clippings collected too. We backed onto a farm field behind and it was lovely to sit in bed in the morning sipping coffee and looking out over the field through our campervan back doors. We will definitely return!

Peaceful Site

Stayed here for 3 nights. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who gave us a very warm welcome and gave us plenty of information about the site and local area. Site is well cared for and ideally situated for North East Norfolk and The Broads. Can highly recommend it here if you are after a quiet peaceful break. Will definitely return.

Lovely Site

Stayed here for two nights in April. Owner obviously cares for the site superbly maintained and a genuinely warm welcome on arrival and throughout visit. Will definitely use again when in the area. Plenty of dog walks from site and walking distance to beach.

First class CL

Just returned after a four night stay and we will definitely return. The site is well maintained with basic but well laid out facilities. It has lovely rural views, is within easy walking distance of the coast and is surrounded by excellent dog walking paths. There is a little Post Office selling basic groceries and a friendly local pub serving ‘pub grub’ The owner is welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommended site for a relaxing stay.

Amazing Week

Having just returned to CLs after using club sites, we were not disappointed! I really don’t want to share this site with anyone! We had a brilliant week here! Plenty of space in the paddock for our two boys to play, quiet and peaceful throughout our stay! Lovely views! The owners were really friendly and helpful on arrival! The beaches which are less than a mile away were not busy and really accessible. We spent every day on the beach to then return to the tranquility of the site. It was all we could have wanted from a site and for £12 a night, exceptional value! The water etc was all really clean and easily accessible. Flexibility in pitching due to extra hook ups. We are converted back to CLs and will 100% return to this lovely CL. Thank you!

Holly farm

Lovely little site, Mr Willoughby was there to welcome us in and very kindly gave us a box of matches as we'd forgotten ours. Nice clean water/waste areas and it was very quiet . Ideally situated for exploring the beautiful east Norfolk coast and the broads, we found lots of very clean and peaceful beaches and lovely walks.

Lovely CL

We stayed on Holly Farm for one night as we toured Norfolk, on arrival were greeted by friendly owners and were given plenty of advise on walks in the area. The grassed site is slightly slopping but we had no issues getting our campervan flat, the is a road just outside the site, there is little traffic, mainly farm tractors and oppersite a small workshop unit again this caused no problems. This is a 'basic' site (no facilities) but has EHU, Water, CDP and rycycling/rubbish bins. All with plenty of disinfectant around common touch points due to new covid-19. A lovely site in a great area, we would use again if in the area and would recommend.

Lovely site and Lovely area

We stayed on this site for 4 nights during the first week after lockdown and it was fully booked most nights. It is a very clean and well presented grass site of just over an acre which is very slightly sloping toward the road. The road is a country lane so you will hear tractor activity passing and some traffic but never enough to disturb. There is easy access via a wide entrance gate and the pitches/electric points are well spaced at the top half of the field. The recycle and disposal area is clean and tidy and the fresh water is separate by a few yards. The owner came out to see each arrival within a few minutes and gave you local information regarding routes to the beach etc. As others have said it is only 15mins across fields via a public footpath to Happisburgh's sandy beach, the coastal path and Cart Gap (10mins further) which has a very nice cafe. All very pleasant. You can also walk to the East Ruston Old Vicarge Garden across fields (under 2 miles inland) which takes 30-35mins. Worthwhile if you like interesting gardens. All in all a very nice site and location.

Peaceful site on unspoilt Norfolk coast

Just stayed for a couple of nights at very short notice. Mr Willoughby welcomed us on arrival and filled us in on routes to the coast, about 10/15 minutes from either Happisbrough or Cart Gap for beach access, and pubs/eateries. Lovely level grass field, I didn't require any levelling, with waste and recycling facilities. I don't understand comments about noise from industrial unit as we heard nothing even though we were on site during the working day. Plenty of walking from the site gate which was great for the dog. Mr. Willoughby has planted a lot of trees around the field which as they grow will enhance the site. Lovely to be there whilst all the daffodils were out which added a nice splash of colour All this and great value, exactly what we look for in a cl.
