This site was an unexpected gem. Considering it’s location to major motorways and Heathrow Airport it was unbelievably quiet and peaceful. The facilities are basic but everything you need is there (no hook up). The pub (very friendly) shops, bus stop and, I believe from the owner, Pinewood Studios are just a short walk away and Wembley Stadium isn’t too far either. The owner is very friendly and so is her dog, Daisy! There were red kites soaring not 40 feet above us and loads of other bird life. It was just a stopover for us between Salisbury and North Essex but we’ll be back for longer next time as, for us, this site ticks every box.
