Warm welcome and a well kept site.
We stayed in our MH ,4 nights in March on this well cared for site, all 8 pitches have good spaced flat gravel, and spaciously laid out. Being behind closed gates with CCTV gives added security.Cost from £18 p.n inc ehu but we paid £20 in March. One toilet and one shower (£1 in slot) It was very clean, and the area also had a little small hut with odd things like toilet rolls and barbeque fuel to buy and a good selection of books and DVDs to borrow. Lots of up-to-date local information. Good TV and mobile signals. Nice thoughtful touches in barbeque area, with its own fire pit, with benches in the ‘dog’ field. I use the term loosely because it’s not exclusive and all dogs must be on leads at all times. As my dogs like to run free, and have good recall, I found a field across the road with a public footpath where they could take their exercise and play ball etc. That said, it’s a very busy little road outside, although no noise on site at all as set back from the road. I struggled to cross safely and not suitable unless you are confident as the adjacent fields have horses with electric fences. We also cycled (road bikes) from the site and found cycle paths (bit muddy at this time of year) but it enabled us to keep off the roads to a certain extent. It’s easy to reach the coast by car or by bike.
