This site is excellent. We stayed for six nights over the Easter weekend and when we next visit our daughter in Bristol we will come again. It is easily accessed from the M4/M5 and is a great base for visiting Bristol and the surrounding area. The pitches are level and each of the five pitches is screened from the others and the road by high bushes so one can be as private as one wants. There is also a large field in front which gives space as well. Whilst it is close to the M5 the noise is not a problem and there is little traffic on the adjacent road. The owner, Oakleigh Wood also runs a workshop for caravans and motorhomes so one could have one's outfit serviced whilst here. We certainly needed help the afternoon we arrived discovering we had a seized toilet pump, despite our van having just been serviced prior to our visit. Fortunately Oakleigh was able to assist us by providing a replacement and assisting in fitting it without delay. A great site!!

This site is situated in the M4 M5 triangle so there is a constant hum of traffic. There is a notice on the driveway saying that caravans stop and caravanners go to the wooden shed, there are envelopes with names on, which field to go in and to put the site fees in, problem we had was 2 of us with same name and we parked in the wrong field. Plenty of information and a map of a nice walk through the woods where a geocache can be found. The pitches are hedged on 3 sides but in Field View you only see grass. We did not see the owner at all in the 3 days we were there.
