Very quiet spot, overlooks arable field, Mrs Bray asked us to just pitch up on arrival, she came and had a chat early evening, there are water points by the electric hook up, grass was short. There are buses to Petersfield and Chichester bus number 54, about a 15 minute walk to bus stop which is opposite the Pub for Chichester, the bus to Chichester leaves at 10am and 12.15. Buses back are the 12.50 and 15.50 from the Cathedral. There is also a village shop near the bus stop in Compton. This is a working arable farm and must be very noisy at harvest time, with combines, and driers being used. Would come again when in the area but not at harvest time. Having a motor home we found it very useful having buses to go into Chichester without the hassle of driving and parking Bub and Mos
