A pleasant CL, gentle slope, plenty of space. Two taps, grey water to boundary. Recycling, waste and chemical toilet point all within an enclosure (bordered by Young beech trees). (No loos etc). The long side is quite open but shade tree planting is planned for this winter. Very nice owners but not “in your face”. No problem from the local airfield or from the school very close by. Shame there is nothing you can do about the very very noisy RAF and or American fighter planes that affect that whole area, some were close enough to get a blast of the smell of burnt Fuel; that was the not downside.
