Absolute peace and quiet, you feel like you are tucked away in a little secluded hideaway surrounded by trees. Despite typical Bank Holiday weather provided by the tail end of a hurricane coming over from the US we enjoyed a lovely stay here mostly tucked up in our van with the occasional foray out for a stroll between downpours; the surrounding trees providing useful shelter from the gales. No traffic and not a soul to be heard. Dark skies with no light intrusion. The only thing to disturb is the cooing of the doves. Good CL facilities, clean toilet, waste disposal, easy access water and hook-up. Owner knowledgeable and happy to share recommendations. Only caution is long single track road with few passing places although local drivers seem used to caravans and are very courteous going off road to allow us to stay on the tarmac, this is followed by a tight narrow turn into the entrance.
