Visited August 2020. Will need to choose your pitch with caution, avoiding the dried up cow pats and mole hills. Grass was quite long disguising holes. Field is very uneven. No CL sign on main road indicating site. Farm signage is at ground level so easy to miss. It is a quiet site, good views. We chose site as location near to meet up with friends. Will need aqua roll or alternative to access water tap which is located in stable, small signage to where this is. Water tap not accessible for motorhome to park next to it. Had to disconnect power washer which was being used to clean yard to obtain water. Eventually found hand sanitiser and gloves buried under debris. Chemical disposal point is situated in rough paddock adjacent to camping site, this was difficult to locate, owner had to show us. Difficult to access due to weeds growing around fencing, hole is surrounded by rusty oil drum, have to lean over breeze blocks to dispose, not very safe. On day of departure asked where we could dispose of rubbish, to be told as you are going home could you please take it with you. Apparently there is only one bin which belongs to the farm house, owner prefers you not to use it as only emptied every 2 weeks. On arrival we had to phone owner as were not quite sure which field was the camping site. We were the only people on site for the two days of our stay. Will not be visiting this site again.
