This is a lovely CL, only five minutes walk from the main street of Thame. Everything you would need even for the more selective of us. Great micro brewery beer shop in town, and a superb Chinese takeaway, (Famous House) opp. the cattle market as you wander into town. Most appealing to have a Waitrose within 5mins walk, as well. Even with the closeness of the Town there is a wonderful peaceful environment at the CL. Watching the chickens wander and the occasional flash of the Red Kites became a de-stressing exercise. We were not fortunate to have good weather, in fact it was foul all week but the CL took all that was offered and we refused to let it spoil our holiday. John was a warm welcoming man and he made sure all were happy. We thoroughly recommend the site and when we return to the area we will visit again. PS. I never got to see your "Flying Flea" John.
