Large CL

Access is tight with a telegraph pole at one side of tight turn in from a narrow road. Warm welcome. Walked to pitch by owner through a gate you have to open and close each time in and out. Then a long drive through the original CL site which now has Airbnb’s, through first field of five pitches, through to another field of six pitches. Ground ok but you will need levelling blocks as it is uneven. Water point in corner of each field, low pressure. Small bins in field, but you are asked to take your rubbish off site to save costs. Elsan point is a manhole outside owners house that you lift to reveal quite a drop to the main drain from the house! It is a long walk from the fields, 300 paces in my case, glad I had a wheeled cassette. Surroundings are wildflower meadows and trees, a lot of flies. Whilst we were on site others allowed their dogs to roan freely and mess. Owner has fresh veg for sale. Surrounding roads are narrow and surfaces are very poor in places.
