We stayed here for two nights recently. The site is very basic and quite sloping, so need to take levellers, but this is stated on their website. Yes, previous reviews are correct, only a water tap at the entrance and a septic tank, with no rinsing facilities. Apart from that, the views are stunning, the quiet is amazing and the laid back attitude of the owners is very well appreciated. The location is perfect for walking into Rye and to drive into other towns. We didn't want to leave and we would definitely have stayed longer if we didn't have to get home. Certainly worth a visit :) PS - Also, bring your binoculars as the site is full of wildlife ........
