This is a beautiful peaceful site a few miles outside Ely. The site itself is thoughtfully laid out on terraces so there is a real feeling of space. Each pitch has its own water/waste/ EHU. The site is just off an A road but it isn’t busy and we did not hear any road noise. The site slopes down from the road so this helps with the feeling of isolation. Each pitch has a good view over the surrounding countryside and there are picnic tables and benches around the site if needed. We had a lovely welcome from the hosts who helped us push back, I broke my ankle in the week so this was very helpful. Although we didn’t use it there is a village pub less than a mile away. Ely Cambridge and Huntingdon are all close by. We will certainly visit again.
