A Favourite Place

We have stayed on this site several times and will continue to return on a regular basis.  it's very easy to find as the Sat Nav takes you almost to the gate (just look for the milk churn!) There can be a little road noise from the motorway when the wind is in the wrong direction, but please don't let this put you off.  The grounds are beautiful, and very carefully tended.  There is a huge enclosed field which is great for exercising your dog off-lead, and there are plenty of signposted footpaths. Whilst there is no 'scenery' to speak of, this site is very well situated for access to Oxford, the Cotswolds (if you have a car) and don't miss the Thames riverside towns such as Henley. Thame is the nearest large town, which offers a variety of places to eat to suit all pockets, and provides a Waitrose and Sainsbury.  Not much further on you have Tesco and  other low-priced chains. If you like birds the red kites do a low level fly past every few minutes - so close you can almost touch them! Waterperry Gardens... National Trust... I could go on and on! I highly recommend this site.
