Excellent
This is a really nice site with plenty of walks through the woods and access to the river on site, however if you are planning on going out on a boat be warned it is a very fast flowing river and very tiring managed to canoe into thetford (crossing 3 weirs) and back but it took most of the day and was totally cream crackered after.
