Be aware that owner of cl does not reside in the area and site is run by caretaker/ manager. The house at site is available to rent for up to 17 persons, along with surrounding converted outbuildings. During our stay there was a corporate training course taking place at the house, which included the cl itself being used for various team building exercises by students. On one evening this included an aerial rope way being rigged across part of the site and pyrotechnics being fired across the site from small cannons aimed at targets. We finally decided to leave early after being kept awake until 03.30 Am by revellers in the swimming pool. Not exactly a haven of peace and tranquillity, will certainly not be returning to this site again, worst experience in over 20 years of using Certificated Locations.
