On our 4th stop we looked into this farm to stay at and we were blown away with the description given - facilities(heated pool), WIFI(which we never got the password for), fresh produce to buy(which was not the case) and allocated pitches to stay on(also not the case), we called at first as we wasn't aware you have to book online - which was fine however upon trying to book (through mobile) we noticed you wasn't able to see which location each pitch was at on the farm but we took a gamble and chose the Pool side pitch- and had to pay a £20 deposit before arrival and then waited for confirmation, which did come through quickly however gave no further information or instructions. We arrived on the road it was located on but it wasn't clearly sign posted where to go, we figured it out however saw no signs to state each pitch ( so didn't know where to actually go) no one welcomed us or advised where to go - however there was a very kind groundsman who helped me later on. the heated pool (extra charge but worth it) was fantastic and even had a restriction on multiple occupants so you felt safe! Unfortunately on the second day we had another motorhome parked right up against ours- i spoke to another man on site as i thought maybe we were parked wrong- however it didn't seem like there was proper allocated pitches as some people park differently, which i do understand however it wouldn't make any sense for two motorhomes to be so close together! there was no given option other than you can move behind them. We didn't feel comfortable so after booking two nights we only stayed the one and left for another farm elsewhere. this was a beautiful area with easy access to the sea however we just felt very disappointed after expecting what was offered but finding out that wasn't fully true. Also note there is no signal at all here which became a problem when trying to contact anyone for any information.
